Numb And GPC3 In Hepatocellu Lar Carcinoma And Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To explore the carcinoma and the correlation of Numb and GPC3 in hepatocellular, and the clinical value in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:Select the hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in June 2008 to June 2011 were treated 60 cases of liver cancer patients of First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Select both hepatic hemangioma and liver trauma 27 cases of patients with the same time period. Respectively, statistical analysis, Numb with GPC3 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissue, the tissue adjacent to carcinoma, expression in normal tissue. And contrast between Numb and GPC3 positive expression rates and Each group of patients with clinical data, and the three tissues relevance. Result:Numb protein in HCC is mainly characterized by negative,adjacent tissues Numb protein is mainly characterized by negative or weakly positive, Normal liver tissue is mainly characterized by positive or weakly positive,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical data contrast, The Numb protein has no related with degree of three groups of patients with cirrhosis, tumor size, age and gender. there were no statistically significant( p>0.05).And it's expression has related with Edmondson grading,portal vein thrombosis and TNM stage of patients(p<0.05). For Edmondson III~?grading, portal vein tumor thrombus,the hepatocellular carcinoma patients andclinical stage III grade,The positive expression rate of Numb protein was significantly decrease,there were statistically significant(P<0.05). Relative to normal liver tissues of primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissues GPC3 positive expression rate is greatly increased,there were statistically significant(P<0.05). Liver cirrhosis, and tumor size, age, gender and level of expression is greatly increased irrespective of GPC3, there were no statistically significant(P>0.05). The GPC3 expression has related with Edmondson grading,TNM stage of patients and portal vein thrombosis, there were statistically significant(P<0.05).For the Edmondson ?~?grading, portal vein tumor thrombus,clinical stage ? grade and hepatocellular carcinoma patients.The positive rate of GPC3 was significantly increased,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of GPC3 was negatively correlated with the expression of Numb(P<0.05). Conclusion:The expression of Numb protein expression decreased and GPC3 expression rate rise were all related to the expression of the tumor.And may be an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients.The expression of the two factors showed a negative correlation.Thus,the expression of Numb protein and GPC3 may play a role in determining the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients for the Liver cancer patients.
