Interventional Embolization And Surgical Clip Contrast Research For The Treatment Of Brain Aneurysms

Objective:to compare the interventional embolization and clip craniotomy surgery both the advantages and disadvantages of the method in the treatment of brain aneurysms and prognosis.Methods:the retrospective analysis were collected in January 2012-June 2015 in the second affiliated hospital of nanchang university neurosurgery hospital treatment data of 85 cases of complete brain aneurysm patients,in all the surgical treatment of 85 cases of patients,it is divided into two groups: clip scores of 55 cases,interventional treatment group 30 cases,we compare two groups of patients' age,gender,Hunt-Hess rating,Fisher rating,discharge conditions,tumor neck residue,complications such as clinical data,for the treatment of patients' prognosis,the incidence of complications,the total time,hospitalization expenses,surgical or interventional date,the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative follow-up of 6 months,comparative analysis using statistical methods.Results:30 cases of cerebral aneurysm patients line of endovascular interventional embolization,24 cases of postoperative prognosis is good,good prognosis rate was 80%,6 cases of postoperative prognosis,prognosis of defective rate is 20%;Clip craniotomy surgery group 55 cases,46 cases of postoperative prognosis is good,the good rate was 83.6%,9 cases of poor prognosis,defective rate is 16.4%.Using the chi-square test for interventional embolization and clip craniotomy treatment rate of two groups of patients with postoperative prognosis is good and defective rate statistical analysis,p > 0.05 as a result,therefore no statistical difference;Do the same testing method to compare two groups of postoperative tumor neck residual rate,the results p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;On two groups of patients' average hospitalization days,average hospitalization medical cost to take the same test method,the results of p < 0.05,with statistical significance.Two groups in postoperative complications also adopt chi-square test were compared,the results p >0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)the intravascular interventional therapy and surgical operation clip curative effect in the treatment of brain aneurysms.(2)in the brain aneurysm treatment should be individualized choice,or irregular form of the wide neck aneurysm in the brain,because of interventional embolization surgery recurrence rate is high,suggest that surgical treatment;For narrow neck or feasible intervention at the same time in the brain aneurysm surgery and surgical operation,due to the intervention operation restore fast,lower incidence of postoperative complications from surgery,therefore,suggest that endovascular interventional treatment.
