Objective: At present, the methods for the treatment of hemorrhoids are many at home and abroad, the mainly treatment of hemorrhoids is surgery, conservative treatment in poor prognosis. The development trend of the current treatment on the premise of guaranteed results as far as possible to protect the anal function, decrease as far as possible of the anal canal injury, minimally invasive, can reduce complications, shorten the treatment process, reduce the pain of the patients, and low cost. This topic introduces the seam retention anal canal hemorrhoid artery suspension operation method to treat mixed hemorrhoid,in theory, the surgery first seam hemorrhoid artery, not only can effectively prevent postoperative nuclear period bleeding off, also reduce the bleeding during surgery. And in hemorrhoid proposed suspension seam on anal cushion, both to the anal canal without damage, also prevent postoperative anal edema and anal canal stenosis, without postoperative anal, and can greatly reduce the pain of patients due to suspension action makes external piles decreases, and most of hemorrhoid without having to deal with, even if processing will also be a small incision, and shorten the treatment process. This paper mainly discusses the operation whether can solve the two main the causes of hemorrhoids, and study whether has the curative effect. Methods: Divided into 2 groups according to random parallel control principle, the treatment group of 58 cases, control group of 52 cases.Treatment group using seam hemorrhoid artery sling operation treatment, control group adopts conventional surgery(Milligan--Morgan).The clinical treatment effects and complications were compared between the two groups, such as overall efficacy, time of operation, blood loss in operation, postoperative complications, wound healing time, hospital duration, anal function, anal bulge and SO on.Results: Observation group, there is a healing in 48 cases,10 cases, were markedly improved after hemorrhoid artery ligation suspension again to heal. The average length of hospital stay for 9 days, there was no bleeding in three days.Three days after anal edema in 5 cases. The belly anus in 5 cases.Postoperative urinary retention in 3 cases.Postoperative incision infection, anal stenosis, anal incontinence no happen, outpatient follow-up of 6 to 12 months recurrence rate is 0.The control group a healing 40 cases,12 cases were improved, after again recovered after treatment. The average hospitalization time was 12.11 days, three days after bleeding in 1 case, anal edema,7 cases. The anus belly.6 cases of postoperative urinary retention in 5 cases.Postoperative anal stenosis,1 case of incision infection,1 case,no anal incontinence, outpatient follow-up of 6 to 12 months for 1 case of recurrence. To compare two groups of surgery clinical total curative effect, bleeding and hernia a month after the surgery, edema of anal edge and defecation 3 days after the surgery, anal function and anal bulge were not different(P>0.05).Intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal pain, urine retention, postoperative 3 days bleeding, operation time, hospitalization time, wound recovery time comparison(P <0.05)have significant difference, the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion: In the treatment of prolapse of hemorrhoids sickness curative effect on seam hemorrhoid artery sling operation treatment to conventional surgery(Milligan--Morgan).Seam hemorrhoid artery sling operation treatment is characterized by less intraoperative and postoperative blood loss, postoperative anal pain and complications such as postoperative urine retention, operation time, hospitalization time and wound healing time is relatively short. In patients with hemorrhoids prolapse sex disease, especially for Ⅲ hemorrhoids sickness,is a good choice.
