The Research On Improving The Shenzhen Project Multi-dimensional Investment Decision Of Aier Group

In order to alleviate the shortage of government investment in basic medical service supply, to better meet the needs of the people on the multi-level medical services, it has become the basic orientation to absorb the society, private and foreign capital into the basic medical service supply domain, and promote a diversified medical pattern for the development of medical and health services.Aier Eye Hospital Group is a listing corporation, which is the largest eye hospital group in China, and its main business scope is eye hospital investment and management service. Aier Eye Hospital is absorbed in Eye hospital project investment, when applying for the project or during project construction and management, basic health service project investment should consider bearing the social responsibility, not only consider the economic benefit and the risk of the enterprise, which can ensure the enterprise consistent with the national development strategy.In this paper, the case study method is firstly used to define the concept of basic medical services, and then specify the research scope, combing the development process and the research findings of the private hospital decision-making on project investment, defining research structure and possible innovation of this paper. Following welfare economics theory and operating budget theory are chosen as basis, and analyzes the relation between the theories and the private hospital project investment. Secondly, the paper makes a further analysis of Shenzhen project investment decision analysis model in Aier Eye Hospital Group, and finds many problems existing in analytical content, analytical method, analytical risk and other aspects. On the basis of design objective, design framework and the basis of decision making, the paper uses systemic thinking from economic benefit, social benefit, and project risk three dimensions to revise the design of current investment decision framework. Finally, this paper proposes that Aier Eye Hospital can do nothing but supplement improvement investment decision-making and management system from the dimension of social benefit, and establish the basic information decision data basing activity based costing in the enterprise, which can truly Guarantee that Multidimensional investment decision model to be used in Aier Eye Hospital. The innovation of this paper is choosing Aier Eye Hospital Shenzhen project as the research object, privately operated hospital supplying basic medical services as the goal, improving the current Shenzhen project investment decision-making from social benefit, economic benefit and project risk three dimensions, This design can provide support for Aier Eye Hospital improving the system of investment decision, providing experiences for Project investment decision-making in Aier Eye Hospital Group.
