| Purpose: Through Kunming mice bearing murine hepatoma(H22)tumor model in vivo tumor inhibition test,evaluate therapeutic effect andrographolide on liver cancer.Through the differential expression of inter group comparison mice liver tumor in Fas /Fas L Bax protein and contrast group were outside the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup differences clarify andrographolide for the action mechanism of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)provides a new way.Method: Establish tumor model of hepatocellular carcinoma(H22)in tumor bearing mice.The model were randomly divided into model group,high andrographolide,low dose group,Aidi injection group,giving intraperitoneal injection of drug once a day for successively7 days.The next day,after weighing,mice were sacrificed,the tumor inhibition rate was calculated.The expression level of Fas/FasL and Bax protein in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets was detected.Result: Andrographolide each dose group and Aidi injection group mice tumor growed slow.The mice were spirit,activity and ate better.The skin was shiny and smoothy as well.The locomotor activity of model group mice decreased.And the mice state of mind and spirit was bad.The hair hadn ' t the gloss.The tumor inhibition rates of Andrographolide low,medium and high dose groups were 21.5%,28.4% and 32.9% respectively.The tumor inhibition rate of Addie injection group was 31.8%Compared with model group,the level of peripheral blood CD4+ of andrographolide in each dose group mice increased.The level of CD8+ decreased.The level of CD4+/CD8+ ratio increased.The expression of Bax and Fas protein increased.The expression of FasL decreased.Conclusion: Andrographolide can inhibit the growth of tumor in hepatocellular carcinoma.It can improve the survival rate of tumor bearing animal model and the quality of life.By improving immune function and inductiing apoptosis of hepatoma cells to play its anti tumor effect. |
