The Clinical Observation Of Guoqi Yin Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome Type Menstruation

Purpose: By observing the Guoqiyin granule treatment group with the Jingqianshu granule control group in the clinical curative of menstruation delayed of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome effect 36 cases,to evaluate the mechanism and curative effect of the treatment by Guoqiyin in menstruation delayed of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,and provide new clinical experience of Chinese medicine treatment of menstruation delayed.Method: Originally,this study protocol to observe 60 cases,but prevent falls off cases,observation cases increased by 20%,so observe 72 cases in total,36 cases treatment group and control group 36 cases.All cases are the outpatients or healing patients of gynaecology in the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital between January 2015 and January 2016.And the ceases all accord with the diagnosis and included standard of menstruation delayed.Treatment group given Guoqiyin add or subtract treatment,and control group given Jingqianshu granule treatment.Medication are started after menstruation is clean,take a pair of drug with warm boiled water 300 ml 2 times everyday,28 days successive.Stay subsequent menstruation clean,continue the therapy in the same way,even served three menstrual cycles.In this period,other drugs are forbided.According to the two groups before and after treatment in patients with primary and secondary symptoms score comparison,evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result: Through statistical analysis of the two groups of patients age,course of the disease and symptoms before treatment and other general information have no significant difference,so the two groups can be comparabled.The treatment group use Guoqiyin add and subtract in the 36 patients,among them,14 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,effective in 8 cases,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.5%.Control group use Jingqianshu granule treatment 36 cases of patients with late menstruation,8cases of recovery,8 cases were markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,4 caseswere ineffective,the total effective rate was 88.9%.According to the relevant statistical tests and analysis: the symptom integral comparison before and after the treatment,had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Treatment group curative effect compared with control group,the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: This topic through the clinical observation of 72 cases of menstruation delayed qi stagnancy and blood stasis,can come to the conclusion that Guoqiyin granule and Jingqianshu granule have good clinical curative effect in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type of menstruation delayed,and can significantly improve symptoms.But Guoqiyin add or subtract treatment is obviously better than the treatment effect of Jingqianshu granule,so it can be used as effective prescriptions in the clinical treatment of menstruation late,research further and clinical application.
