The Research On Specral Rules Of Acupoints Selection And Compatibility Of Primary Insomnia Based On Periodical Literature

Purpose: We search the literature about acupuncture treatment of insomnia.through collection and analysis of acupoints data,look for regulation about acupoints,acupoints compatibility and syndrome with acupuncture point,provide the reference for clinical treatment.Method: To search CNKI,Wangfang and Weipu database in Chinese and foreign databases such as Pubmed and Web of Science.According to include and exclude standard.Analysis of regulation about acupuncture treatment technology application,acupuncture point,meridians,specific acupuncture point and syndrome with acupuncture point,etc.Result: 1.Treatment results: Separate acupuncture treatment method up to 35.99%,followed by acupuncture combined with medicine therapy,was 19.35%,and the other treatments were less than 10%.2.The results of main point chosen:(1)basic situation.Using acupoints are altogether 154,using 5394 times;Among them A frequency in the following 5 times are 92,6-10 times are 17,10 to 30 times are 19.(2)the frequency analysis.Use the highest frequency of acupoints are ShenMen(667),SanYinjiao(569),BaiHui(520).3.The meridians analysis results: Choose acupoints involved fourteen meridians,high frequency of application meridians followed by du meridian(1026),heart meridian(690),spleen meridian(614),bladder meridian(520),pericardium channel of hand jueyin(456),kidney meridian(349),Stomach Meridian of Foot-yangming(301).4.Part analysis results: acupoints according to five part classification.Application of frequency from high to low arrangement in turn are the head,lower limbs,upper limbs,lower back,chest.5.Results of specific acupoint application: A total of 71 specific acupoints accounted for 46.75% of the total acupoints.Application of 2694 times.Fiveshu acupoints most applications(1345),followed by yuan-primary point(1020),eight confluence points(696).Application of high frequency of Shenmen,Neiguan,Zhaohai,Zusanli.6.Acupoints compatibility analysis.Application is the highest frequency of SanYinjiao,Shenmen;Followed by Baihui,Shenmen;Neiguan Shenmen.Confidence level high combination for the Sanyinjiao-> Shenmen;Followed byAnmian,Neiguan,Shenmen-> Sanyinjiao;Zusanli,Neiguan-> Sabyinjiao.7.The syndrome differentiation and Syndrome with acupuncture point results:(1)the syndrome differentiation.A total of 405 articles choose acupoints according to differentiation.26 syndrome differentiation type,use 1752 times,frequency appear syndrome differentiation there were deficiency of both heart and spleen,liver depression forming fire,qi deficiency of heart and gallbladder,hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,syndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally,etc.(2)Syndrome with acupuncture point.In these syndrome type,the support degree over 20% of acupuncture point and support top two compatibility was followed by spleen shu,heart shu and “spleen shu= > heart shu”;Taichong and” Gan shu = > Taichong”;Dan shu and “Dan shu = > heart shu”;Taixi and” Taichong = > Taixi”;Feng long and “Neiting = >Feng long”.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment insomnia insertion method is the main treatment method;Calming nerves,and the main therapeutic principle for acupuncture treatment of insomnia of Yin and Yang;Tired to find and partial mainly find out;Emphasis on the application of a specific point on internal dialectical dialectical method.
