Clinical Study On Upper Limb Spasticity After Stroke Of Yin And Yang Balance Acupuncture Treatment Combined With PNF Technology

PurPose:The aim of this study was to observe the PNF technique combined with the clinical curative effect of yin and yang balance acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke upper limb spasticity,;bonikowski in contrast to the conventional rehabilitation therapy a in Yin and yang balance acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke upper limb spastic paralysis patients spasticity,upper limb motor function and activities of daily living can force changes,the results of comprehensive analysis,to explore the effective method of treatment,for its clinical application and provide a practical basis.Method:Using randomized controlled method,60 patients met the inclusion criteria of stroke patients with upper limb spasticity were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 30 cases in each.Two groups underwent conventional medical therapy,the treatment group received PNF technique combined with the Yin and yang balance acupuncture treatment,while the control group received routine rehabilitation combined with Yin and yang balance acupuncture treatment,the continuous treatment 6 days,1 day of rest,were treated for 24 days,spasticity assessment scale,daily life ability index table,Jane tried Fugl Meyer upper limb motor function score for evaluation standard of curative effect observation,and then using spss19.0 statistical software to analyze the results.Result:Treatment group(30 cases)patients in 10 cases were markedly effective,effective in 17 cases,3 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 90%.Control group 30 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 16 cases,9 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of was 70%.The rank sum test showed that,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the PNF with Yin and yang balance acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke upper limb spasticity total curative effect is better than routine rehabilitation combined with acupuncture of the balance of yin and Yang.And after treatment of two groups of patients with upper limb spasticity,upper limb motor function,daily life ability were improved in different degree,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:And routine rehabilitation combined with Yin and yang balance acupuncture compared,PNF technique with the Yin and yang balance acupuncture can improve the cerebral stroke after upper limb spastic paralysis patients with upper limb spasticity,lower limb muscle tension,expand the upper limb function,the method clinically confirmed safe and effective,scientific and feasibility.
