Clinical Observation Of Blood Stasis Migraine EA Sishencong And Temples Lancet Combined Therapy

Purpose: By comparing EA Sishencong combination temples pricking blood group and western medicine oral treatment group bleeding migraine,observe EA Sishencong combination temples pricking blood therapy stasis treatment migraine clinical efficacy and safety,and initially found possibility of mechanism of action.Method: 60 qualified patients were randomly divided into treatment group(EA Sishencong combination temples pricking blood group)30 cases and the control group(oral medicine group)30 cases.In accordance with international scoring methods and related outcome measures for EA Sishencong combination temples pricking blood therapy bleeding migraine efficacy was evaluated,and compared with oral medicine hydrochloride flunarizine treatment effect was observed EA Sishencong combination temples the clinical efficacy of blood stasis migraine bloodletting treatment.Result: The two groups of patients before general information by chi-square and t tests were comparable(P> 0.05).Two groups of patients after the first half-hour headache treatment VAS score decreased significantly compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);two groups of patients for the first time after half an hour of treatment efficacy rates can be seen the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Treatment group than the control group after treatment of headache points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01),prompt treatment group than the control group in improving migraine;two the overall efficacy of treatment were compared by Ridit analysis,the difference was significant(P <0.01),prompt treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: EA Sishencong and temples lancet combined therapy of bleeding migraine not only has a good immediate analgesic effect,but the exact effect;EA Sishencong and temples lancet combined therapy of bleeding migraine better than Western medicing oral treatment medicine no adverse reactions,should be widely applied.
