Purpose:The research of patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention of Coronary Heart Disease in TCM element distribution law.Initially identified common syndrome after PCI.After interventional treatment for the symptoms spectrum is determined to provide a theoretical basis.In order to after percutaneous coronary intervention reated with Chinese medicine to provide theoretical guidance.Method: Using cross-sectional study,The Clinical Information of 136 patients after PCI was colleeted,and then the syndrome questionnaire was filled,cluster analysis,permit the diagnosis.Application of statistical knowledge to finish the data analysis.Results:1.The most common syndrome factor of disease location is single,heart highest frequency,It is 86.76%.Double heart syndrome factors combined to kidney highest frequency,It is 29.41%.Three card combination is only one element(heart + liver + kidney)combination,It is 7.35%.2.Deficient disease resistance common syndrome factors combined to double,in(qi deficiency and yin deficiency)the highest frequency combination,It is 19.85%.qi deficiency is the highest frequency of single syndrome factor,It is 13.97%.Syndrome fator combined to three cards(qi deficiency +yin deficiency + yang deficiency)the highest frequency,It is5.14%.3.Solid disease resistance common syndrome factors combined to double,in(blood stasis+ phlegm)the highest frequency combination,It is 25%.Blood stasis is the highest frequency of single syndrome factor,It is 10.29%.Syndrome fator combined to three cards(blood stasis+ phlegm+qi stagnation)the highest frequency,It is 8.09%.4.The syndrome factor of disease resistence combinationo is qi deficiency and blood stasis69(50.74%),Phlegm and blood stasis51(37.50%),qi deficiency and yin dificiency42(30.88%),yang deficiency and blood stasis29(21.32%).Conclusion:1.The order of disease location syndrome factors was heart>kidney>liver>spleen.The Order of disease location syndrome factors combination was heart>(heart+kidney)>(liver+kidney)>(heart+liver+kidney)>(heart+liver).2.The order of solid disease resistence syndrome factors was blood stasis>phlegm>qistagnation>heat yun,the order of solid disease resistence syndrome factors combination was(blood stasis+phlegm)>blood stasis>(blood stasis+heat yun)>(blood stasis+phlegm+qi stagnation)>(blood stasis+qi stagnation).3.The order of deficient disease resistence syndrome factors was qi deficiency>yin deficiency>yang deficiency> blood deficiency,.the order of deficient disease resistence syndrome factors combination was(qi deficiency+yin deficiency)>qi deficiency>(qi deficiency+yang deficiency)>yin dificiency>(qi deficiency+yin deficiency+yang deficiency).4.The order of disease resistence syndrome factors was(qi deficiency+blood stasis)>(blood stasis+phlegm)>(qi deficiency+yin deficiency)>(yang deficiency+blood stasis).5.The common syndromes was qi deficiency and blood stasis,biood stasis and phlegm,qi deficiency and yin deficiency,yang deficiency and blood stasis,heart qi deficiency,heart and kidney yang deficiency...
