| Objective:Using magnetic resonance diffusion kurtosis imaging (DK1) to obtain the characteristic parameters of different grades astrocytic tumors, combined with cerebral white matter fiber beam 3D reconstruction technique, evaluate the application value of DKI in clinical practice.Methods:Application of Siemens 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging, collected at different levels, which was confirmed by surgery pathology astrocytes 31 cases of tumor patients, conventional MRI, strengthen inspection and DKI checks, including low grade (WHO class Ⅰ or Ⅱ)14 ceases, highly malignant (WHO class Ⅲ or Ⅳ) 17 cases. Patients will receive the original image is obtained by image post-processing software processing after corresponding MK, fairly RK, AK and FA chart, and then on to obtain a series of images respectively defined interested area (ROI) to measure real area of the tumor and the value of the contralateral normal brain white matter MK, fairly RK value, AK value and FA value, and through the cerebral white matter fiber tracts measurements reconstruction technique to observe tumor and adjacent room adjacent to the relationship between cerebral white matter fiber tracts.Results:(1)Low level (WHO grade I and II) measured astrocytes tumor average MK value, fairly RK, AK value and FA value scope were 0.30-0.51,0.45-0.60,0.43-0.55 and 0.11-0.16, high level (WHO grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ) measured astrocytes tumor average MK value, fairly RK, AK value and FA value range is 0.49-0.74,0.69-0.81,0.56-0.67 and 0.18-0.23. Through statistical measurement values can be observed in MK, fairly RK value, AK value and FA values are increased with the level of tumor, malignant degree increased and increased, and the measured through magnetic resonance diffusion imaging kurtosis low level with high level of these characteristic parameters of astrocytes tumor differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).(2) brain white matter fiber tracts of three-dimensional reconstruction imaging showed that low level of astrocytes around white matter fiber tracts tumor is given priority to with compression and shift change. High level of astrocytes around white matter fiber tracts in the infiltrating tumor, fracture and damage change primarily.Conclusion:Kurtosis magnetic resonance diffusion imaging intracranial different levels measured by astrocytes tumor essence of MK value, fairly RK and AK value to a certain extent the structure changes of the tumor tissue reaction, help to the level of different tumor malignant degree judgement, combined use of brain white matter fiber tracts three-dimensional imaging technology to observe tumor and its surrounding structure change, can be on different levels of tumor patients better preoperative evaluation, formulate the corresponding treatment, has high clinical value. |
