A Study For The Foctors Which Influence The Quality Of The Perimenopausa Women's Life Based On The Structural Equation Model(SEM)

Objective To know the status quo of the perimenopause women's depression and life quality in Hengyang, and discuss what the square dance influence those situation. Then take the structural equation model(SEM), and through the mediation effect to explore the factors that influence the quality of the perimenopause women's life. In order to learn about the inner link of their mental health, provide theoretical and data support to improve the level of mental health of those people. And in the same time, to provide effective intervention measures, to make a great process in the work of those special people's health care.Methods ?: Taking the Family support subscales from the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),the Zung's depression scale(SDS)and the world health organization quality of life measurement profile(WHOQOL-BREF)as the tools of the study, did a research on the situation of the 542 perimenopause women's mental health in Hengyang, to know the status quo of the life quality and analyze its influencing factors. ? :Chose 542 perimenopause women from five areas in Hengyang of different ages(from 45 to 59), using the retrospective investigation, divided the objects of our study into two groups. One called Square dance group(including 204 objects), while another one called control group(including 338 objects). The Square dance group was made up with the perimenopause women who participated in the Square dance exercise 3-4 times a week and each time last for 30-44 minutes for 6 months, and the control group was those perimenopause women who were at the same age with them, living in the same community, but without any Physical exercise. ?: We used the software SPSS22.0 and AMOS18.0 for the data analysis and took the percentage, mean, standard deviation for the Statistical description. And take the step-wise linear regression and made the structural equation model(SEM) to research the scale letter validity and influencing factors. Measurement data was expressed by the modality ??±s, while Inspection level was ?=0.05.Results ?: The reliability and validity of the life quality evaluation scale and depression scale was quite good, the structure of the scale design fit well with the questionnaire data. The correlation coefficient of the SDS and the WHO quality of life brief scale was-0.85, which has significant correlation on the level of 0.01, while the scale of the structure of the model assumptions were set up(P<0.05). ?: The quality of the 542 perimenopause women's life was on the middle level, the average total score was 79.95, and the standard deviation was 13.76, close to a mild depression. The average total score was 46.36 and the standard deviation was 8.22. ?: We can learn from the step-wise linear regression of the influencing factors of the life that education, family support and depression is the main influencing factors of the life(P<0.05), family support and depression can explain 58.3 per cent of the total variation of the equation. The higher the score on the family support was, he higher the quality of the life would be, and the degree of depression was lower, life quality would be better. ?: Square dance exercise have a great power on the improvement of the perimenopause women's life quality, easing the degree of depression, there had a statistical significance on those differences(P<0.05). ?: Made the structural equation model(SEM) of the influencing factors of the perimenopause women's life quality. Ways: family support, to depression and family support, to the quality of life and depression, to quality of life, All assume set up.(P<0.05), It account for that family support and depression can influence the quality of life, while family support usually influence the life quality by influencing depression, and the correlation coefficient was 0.162,-0.758,-0.580 for respectively, which proved the mediation effect of the depression.Conclusions ?: The reliability and validity of the life quality evaluation scale and depression scale was quite good, which could applied in the evaluation of the perimenopause women's life quality and the degree of the depression. ?: The quality of the perimenopause women's life was on the middle level, the score on the social relation field made the top, while it on the environment made the lowest; depression on a lesser degree, the score on the spiritual movement disorders was higher, while it on the emotional disorders seemed to be lower. ?: Square dancing, as the new movement, has a great power on the improvement of the perimenopause women's life quality, easing their degree of the depression. Under the premise of not disturbing the people, those related departments should create a good exercise environment, strengthen the publicity of square dance and promote the national fitness. ?: Family support and depression has a direct impact on the quality of life, on the other hand, family support can also influence the life quality through influencing depression.
