The Clinical Study Of Treating Senile Pneumonia With Yiqi Huoxue Method Based On The Core Pathogenesis Of Senile Pneumonia

Object: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue method in treating senile pneumonia, explore its mechanism and clarify its therapeutic effect to senile pneumonia.Methods: Divided randomly the 60 cases senile pneumonia inpatients which met the including standard into the observation group and the control group, each group of 30 cases. The two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, Chinese traditional medicine having Yiqi Huoxue function were given the observation group at the same time, each group of 14 days treatment. We observed the changes of blood routine examination(WBC,NEUT%),CRP, PA,FIB(Fibrinogen), Chest X-ray or CT,a list of clinical symptoms and signs, before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups, monitoring routine urine test, stool routine test, hepatic function, renal function to assess the security of Chinese traditional medicine having Yiqi Huoxue function. In this research, all statistics were processed by SPSS 17.0.Results: This research showed that the two groups after treatment obtaining good curative effect, the curative effect of observation group is better than the control group,its total effective rate(86.67%) is apparently higher than the control group(70%).There are differences of the 2 groups(P<0.05).They all reflect the changes,clinical symptoms(cough and expectoration,shortness of breath, weak and sweat out)and signs( oral purple sweet, sublingual collaterals varicose veins, Lung wet), the changes index of laboratory examination concluded blood routine examination(WBC,NEUT%),CRP, PA)(P<0.01). FIB(Fibrinogen)(P<0.05).The chest imaging curative effect of the 2 groups is also different after treatment(P<0.05), the total effective rate(90%) is significantly higher than the control group(70%).Conclusions: Yiqi Huoxue Method Based On The Core Pathogenesis Of Senile Pneumonia can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of inpatients, adjust and restore part of index of laboratory examination and chest imaging, relieve the pain of the patients, improve the life quality of life of old people. It is safe and effective, worth clinical application and promotion.
