| Objective: Based on recurrence of ischemic stroke in patients with TCM constitution type investigation and study, understand related risk factors in different TCM Constitution of recurrence of ischemic stroke effect, to explore the incidence and its rules of different TCM constitutions of recurrent stroke, for the use of Chinese medicine means recuperating biased constitution, the prevention of ischemic stroke recurrence to provide the necessary clinical guidance.Methods: the study collected on 29 April 2015 February 1, to 2016 in Department of Neurology of Shandong Province Qianshan hospital hospitalization of recurrence of ischemic stroke patients clinical data of 216 cases(including basic information, medical history, related risk factors, auxiliary examination and inspection), with reference to the TCM constitution classification and judgment standard(the constitution is divided into nine: the flat and quality for normal matter, other biased), on recurrence of ischemic stroke patients were TCM Constitution questionnaire and TCM physique survey, using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical data points analysis of related risk factors and TCM constitution relationship.Results: 216 cases of recurrent ischemic stroke patients of constitutional type distribution: flat and quality in 5 cases(2.3%), Qi deficiency in 42 cases(19.9%),deficiency of Yang in 16 cases(7.4%), yin deficiency in 51 cases(23.6%), phlegm dampness 35 cases(16.2%), heat dampness in 18 cases(8.3%), blood stasis in 35 cases(16.2%), qi stagnation in 3 cases(6.0%), special intrinsic quality cases(0%), which the yin deficiency(23.6%), Qi deficiency(19.9%) accounted for a large proportion. The relationship between constitution and gender: male patients with recurrent constitution with Yin deficiency(23.7%), Qi deficiency(20.3%), phlegm matter(18.6%) accounted fora high proportion, physical types of female patients with Yin deficiency(23.5%), Qi deficiency(19.4%), blood stasis(17.3%) accounted for a high proportion. Physical to physical constitution in the relationship between age and physical fitness:(40-50 years old age patients with phlegm dampness constitution(25.9%) accounted for a high proportion(50 to 60 years old) age patients physical Yin deficiency(27.8%) accounted for a high proportion(60 to 70 years) age patients physical Yin deficiency(26.4%) accounted for the ratio is high, followed by qi deficiency(20.7%), phlegm dampness constitution(16.1%)and blood stasis(16.1%);(70-80 years) age in patients with blood stasis(21.8%), yin deficiency(20.0%), Qi deficiency(16.4%) accounted for a high proportion, 80 years old and above) in patients with Qi deficiency(36.4%) accounts for the proportion to be high.The relationship between physique and body mass index BMI < 18.5(low birth weight)were 37 cases, see more with Yin deficiency(35.1%), Qi deficiency(18.9%); 18.5 < BMI< 23.9(normal weight patients 65 cases, yin deficiency(33.8%), blood stasis(26.2%); 24< BMI < 27.9(overweight) in 55 cases of patients with Qi deficiency constitution(27.3%),phlegm(21.8%); BMI greater than or equal to 28(obesity) patients, 59, the phlegm dampness constitution(32.2%) majority, Qi deficiency(30.5%). Physical fitness in overweight and obese patients of phlegm dampness and Qi deficiency. Low body weight and normal weight patients with multiple Yin deficiency. The Constitution and the "three high"(high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high blood fat) relationship: 188 patients with hypertension with Yin deficiency constitution, Qi deficiency(26.6%),(20.7%) see;131 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus, with Yin deficiency constitution(22.3%),phlegm dampness(20.6%) see; high blood lipid levels in 96 patients with rare blood stasis(27.1%),(25%) yin deficiency and phlegm dampness(22.9%); combined with hyperhomocysteinemia in patients with 58 cases(26.9%), see more yin deficiency(24.1%)and virtual mass(17.2%); with high sensitivity C- reactive protein in 62 patients increased(28.7%), yin deficiency and blood stasis(37.1%)(19.4%) see; 65 cases of smokers(30.1%), all patients are male, yin deficiency constitution type(24.6%), phlegm(18.5%),Qi deficiency(15.4%) see; patients with abnormal phospholipase A2 2 8 cases(13.0%),yin deficiency(21.4%); not medication in patients with recurrent constitution for yin deficiency(24.8%), Qi deficiency(20.0%) and phlegm matter(17.6%), medication in patients with recurrent physique to Qi deficiency(11.1%), yin deficiency(11.1%) and blood stasis(9.5%). The degree of neural function defect of patients, self-care ability index score and flat and quality compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05): Yin deficiency(4.96 + 2.645, P = 0.03, 79.12 + 11.606, P = 0.00), Qi deficiency(3.51 + 2.344, P = 0.037,87.91 + 9.401, P = 0.007), blood stasis(3.54 + 247.7, P = 0.047; 90.57 + 7.551, P = 0.009).Conclusion: Yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm matter recurrence in patients with ischemic stroke mainly TCM constitution type; older than 50 years old obese or overweight patients with recurrent ischemic stroke; hypertension, diabetes,hyperlipidemia, smoking, high homocysteine cysteine ammonia acidemia merger is the main risk factors of the recurrence of ischemic stroke; Yin deficiency constitution in patients with first stroke after irregular taking drugs in patients with recurrent rate is higher and after stroke sicker. There was no significant difference in risk factors of recurrence of ischemic stroke patients with different TCM constitution. To guide the treatment of recurrent ischemic stroke patients by traditional Chinese medicine to correct the biased constitution, prevention of ischemic stroke recurrence has a certain clinical significance. |
