Predictive Value Of Laparoscopic Staging Of Tubal And Pelvic Lesion On TFI Patients With Combined Therapy Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: To explore the effect of laparoscopic staging of tubal and pelvic lesion on prognosis of TFI patients, and the Clinical efficacy of the treatment combined of traditional Chinese and western medicine for TFI.Methods: 83 TFI patients were staged according to the staging of tubal and pelvic lesion who conformed to the diagnosis standard.The patients have TCM therapy for 3 menstrual cycles after surgery, then they are followed-up for 12 months.Then different effects(including the syndrome score,the levels of serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-?,the pregnancy time after surgery)between different stage are observed and analyzed.Their syndrome score and the levels of serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-? after 3TCM therapy are compared with before.Discussion on relevance of TFI with the age of marriage, contraception, abortion, pelvic inflammatory disease and the history of abdominal surgeries.Results: 1.83 patients were followed up,and among them 35 patients spontaneous pregnancy,including 29 cases of intrauterine pregnancy, 5 cases of ectopic pregnancy.2.5 patients were pregnant in 3 months,18 patients were pregnant in 6 months,28 patients were pregnant in 9 months,29 patients were pregnant in 1 year.3. The patient's syndrome scores improved significantly after use the Tong Guan Fang,and there were significant differences.(P<0.05).4.The Tong Guan Fang can obviously reduce the levels of serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-?(P<0.05).5.It was found that the patient's surgical abortion history,abdominal surgery history were related to the stage of tubal and pelvic lesion.And there is no correlation on patient's age at marriage, duration of infertility and IUD contraceptive history.Conclusion:1.The patients' pregnancy rate on stage I and II was significantly higher than that on stage III,their ectopic Pregnancy rate was lower than that on stage III.2.After 1 year follow-up, patients in the cumulative pregnancy rate of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 1 year respectively 8.43%, 21.69%, 30.12%, 34.94%, after nine months their pregnancy rate grows slower.3.Tong Guan Fang for patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after Laparoscopic surgery can improve the syndromes of qi stagnation and blood stasis,decrease the levels of serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-?,reduce the probability of pelvic adhesion.
