| Objective:Through the clinical trials were observed with the self-made Fang Jianqing Xiaoke decoction combined with pioglitazone in treating stomach spleen weak type of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes clinical curative effect, and the lipid metabolism, tumor necrosis factor, leptin, and other related indicators. That JianQing Xiaoke decoction combined with pioglitazone in clinical improvement of type 2 diabetic insulin resistance is feasible, and from the spleen and stomach preliminary study on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes pathogenesis.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups were given the same education, low sugar diet, exercise control, auxiliary measures and treatment of hypoglycemic effects of pioglitazone. The test group with Jian Qing Xiaoke decoction, a agent, water decoction sooner or later. The test 8 weeks for a course of treatment, after treatment with glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose level, insulin level, TCM syndrome clinical syndromes such as as a reference for evaluating the effect of formulated standard of curative effect, and compared the experiment group and the control group results.Results:The medical statistical analysis, two groups in gender, age, course and treatment of glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose level, insulin level, TCM clinical syndrome integral aspects had no statistical significance(P>0.05), with comparability. After treatment of two groups of patients with glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose, insulin and C peptide level decreased, lipid metabolism, tumor necrosis factor, leptin and TCM syndrome score indicators have improved, but the test group to improve the overall effect is better than that of the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion:JianQing Xiaoke Decoction by conditioning the spleen and stomach can effectively improve stomach spleen weak type in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin resistance,glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose, insulin and C peptide level related indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes has a significant moderating effect. That JianQing Xiaoke decoction combined with pioglitazone can in clinically effective in improving stomach strong and weak spleen type in type 2 diabetic patients with insulin resistance. |
