Objective This topic through clinical research the relationship between rheumatoid arthritis with the TCM syndrome classification.Through the clinical syndromes distribution characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis to guide the clinical dialectical diagnosis.According to the results to choose the most conducive to disease rehabilitation treatment. Methods With professor Lou Duofeng “Xu Xie Yu” theory and relevant literature as the guidance, and after the preliminary investigation form the final questionnaire.Because of the limited cases, the cases collected between April of 2013 and March of 2014 and the cases of patients from Henan Rheumatism Hospital between March and November of 2015 which were up to the standard were combined together and the number of the cases amounted to 338.To collect the clinical manifestations of RA patients,Including general situation and four diagnostic data, etc. After the end of the study, collected clinical data into the computer.By use of statistical software SPSS19.0 to organization the data. Then concluded the clinical syndrome classification in TCM.Results 1,General information: RA patients with male to female ratio is 1:6.04.Minimum age is 17 years old,and biggest is 79 years old.The mean age is 49.22± 11.56 years.Patients on 40 ~ 60 years old is the most.Patients with the longest duration is 40 years, and the shortest is 2 months. The median is 60 months.2,The factor analysis results: Through principal component analysis to extract 20 common factor, concluding Hot and humid,Yin deficiency;Qi deficiency;Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency;Kidney deficiency, blood stasis;Yang deficiency;Cold dampness;Yin deficiency, blood stasis;Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency;Qi deficiency and blood stasis;Blood deficiency;Yin deficiency, blood deficiency;Cold dampness;Hot and humid.Yang deficiency,Blood stasis;Real hot;Kidney deficiency;Phlegm wet;Phlegm and blood stasis;Yin deficiency;Yang deficiency.3,The clustering analysis results: For information on the most senior to the power value method of rotation after 20 common factor.Using the method Ward method and Euclidean distance and Z score to analysis the result, nine syndrome types are obtained. Conclusion 1,Patients with rheumatoid arthritis women more than men.The age of men and women was normal distribution. The course of disease was skewed distribution. Both of age and course of disease have statistical significance.2,The factor analysis results: Imaginary factor concluding Qi deficiency;Kidney deficiency;Yang deficiency;Yin deficiency;Qi and Yin deficiency,Blood deficiency;Pathogenic factors:concluding Cold dampness;Hot and humid.Real hot;Phlegm wet;Stasis factor: concluding Smooth;Blood stasis;Phlegm and blood stasis.3,The clustering analysis results: both qi,phlegm and blood stasis type bizu;Yin deficiency type internal heat, phlegm and blood stasis resistance collateral;Stop type in kidney Yang deficiency, phlegm wet;Yin internal heat, phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction;Stop in kidney Yang deficiency and dampness;Deficiency of liver and wet spleen Yang type;Cold dampness resistance, mutual junction of phlegm and blood stasis;Cold heat, cold dampness bizu type;Qi and Yin deficiency type, origin, bizu.
