| Objective:With the increase of people life rhythm accelerate, work and study pressure and the pathogenesis of insomnia rate increased year by year, incidence is gradually expanding, has become a kind of common disease, insomnia often affects people's work, life and study, serious can cause the patient anxiety, depression, or fear, leading to mental patient activity decreased efficiency, hinder their participation in social activities, endangering the health of the body, and intractable insomnia due to its difficult to treat and insomnia time is longer, stubborn sex insomnia patients tend to be more damage, so actively explore the rule effective method for treatment of intractable insomnia has good practical significance.This topic through to intractable insomnia treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with pricking the way the venesection and phlebotomy therapy, clinical observation and evaluation in the treatment effect, to explicitly by pricking blood therapy for treatment of intractable insomnia is effective; comparing the the therapeutic methods and mentor previous treatment of insomnia clinical method, in order to optimize pricking blood therapy for the treatment of this disease, the clinical search for a safe, convenient operation, curative effect exact new treatment has important practical significance.Methods:The study is in the view of ancient literature theory based on and follow the teacher Gao Xiyan professor of treatment of insomnia experience summary based, in Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Department of acupuncture and moxibustion clinic. The experimental group was treated by Pricking Bloodletting plus acupuncture; control group (30 cases) was treated with acupuncture, once daily, weekly treatment 5 times, for a course of treatment, two groups of patients with treatment of four courses.Results:?The distribution of gender, age and course of disease in the experimental group and the control group were comparable (P> 0.05), which showed that there was no difference between the two groups.? In the curative effect, ten times of treatment, the experimental group clinical treatment of 2 cases cured,10 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.3%. In the control group, the clinical cure 2 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 10 cases,9 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 70%, Ridit analysis, z= 0.26, P= 0.79> 0.05, indicating the end of treatment in the two groups after the effective rate had no significant difference, and their effects are similar. After clinical cure 7 cases,16 cases were markedly effective,5 cases effective,2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.3%. The control group clinical cure 4 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,9 cases effective,6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 80%.
