Clinical Observation Deep Stab Zhonglvshu Stroke After Treatment Of Urinary Incontinence

Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy Zhonglvshu and routine acupuncture group and acupuncture group both routine and explore incontinence (urinary incontinence after stroke) valid points and acupuncture treatment after acupuncture treatment.Methods:In post-Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Geriatrics VIP ward from September 2015 to March 2016,60 hospitalized patients with stroke patients with urinary incontinence for the study, according to the random number table 60 patients were divided into two groups (experimental group and control group),30 cases in each. During this period all subjects underwent conventional treatment of the disease. Treatment group were bilateral Zhonglvshu (75 degrees angle obliquely inwardly into the needle 20mm), Pangguangshu (piercing 20-30mm), Shenshu (15-25mm), Sanyinjiao (piercing 25-40mm) and Baihui (flat spines 15-25mm), Sishencong (obliquely 5-10mm), the implementation of reinforcing-reducing techniques, every 10min twist the needle, once a day,30 minutes/each time, take a day for 6 days,2 weeks as a course; control group acupuncture Zhonglvshu, the other with the test group. After two successive courses, by observing the voiding diary before and after treatment were measured B-bladder maximum capacity and residual urine volume, were compared between the groups within the treatment before treatment after assessment of its efficacy.Result:1. Clinical observations:Zhonglvshu+leak frequency routine acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group after treatment of urinary incontinence grade level, there are significant differences in pre-clinical symptom scores and a maximum capacity of B-Determination and comparison of treatment (P<0.01), described two methods have therapeutic effect. Zhonglvshu+leak frequency routine acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group after treatment, the degree of incontinence grade, clinical symptom scores and a maximum capacity of B-determination were compared between groups, there were significant differences (P<0.05), indicating that the clinical efficacy Zhonglvshu and routine acupuncture group after treatment of urinary incontinence in stroke than the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:1. have a certain effect of urinary incontinence after acupuncture treatment, acupuncture points on the basis of the original with Zhonglvshu can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment for stroke urinary incontinence, improve the patient’s clinical signs and symptoms, improve their lives quality.2. The needle Zhonglvshu urinary incontinence after stroke treatment mechanism is clear and effective, provide the basis for clinical acupuncture treatment after optimization selected points incontinence.
