| Objective: To observate the clinical effect on treatment of mild or moderate knee osteoarthritis by peroraling Jin Gu Tong Ning capsule combined proximal fibular esteotomy.Our purpose is going to the best treat mothed for the blood stasis and inverted knee osteoarthritis on clinic.Reducing the torture of many patients improving the quality of sufferers and the live a happy life,It is impartment for saving the medical resources of our state.Methods: The sufferers with orthopedic clinic or be in hospital are subjects for this study.According to the Chinese and western diagnostic criteria,the Kellgren & Lawrencefan of imaging examination about knee osteoarthritis(dividing 5 levels),the last,the 48 cases of the mild or moderate KOA have to including inclusion ceriteria and exclusion criteria,the patients with mild or moderate KOA as test subjects.The 48 cases that we were choosed were divided 2 groups randomly,according to the SASprograms desigened randomized protocol.The group that treat group(peroraling Jin Gu Tong Ning capsule +proximal fibular esteotomy),anthor(proximal fibular esteotomy),30 patients in each group.we given health education,resisting infection three days after operation(Sulbactam and Cefopcrazone Cefperazone-sulbactam 250 ml NS,0.75 g,ivgtt,Bid),activing joint function exercise under the guidance of a doctor,sparing a week in hospital.Treatment group was given Jin Gu Tong Ning capsule in first day after operation for a month,control group is nothing.Appling HSS knee score and WOMAC score between the two groups befor and after the end of six months treatment,including pain,stiffness,daily functions and muscle strength.Measuring inverted or malformative angle of knee befor and after treatment,effective evaluation and diagonosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard subjects to treatment the overall evaluation the last,recording the data.then data into computer,setup the database,using spass 19.0 statistical software.Each group to statistical analysis after treatment,founding the differences middle two groups befor and after the treatment.Results: peroraling Jin Gu Tong Ning capsule +proximal fibular esteotomy(treat ment group),proximal fibular esteotomy(control group)befor and after treatment were observed in the HSS knee score and WOMAC score between the two groups befor and after the end of six months tieatment,including pain,stiffness,daily functions and muscle strength.Measuring inverted or malformative angle of knee befor and after treatment,effective evaluation and diagonosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard subjects to treatment the overall evaluation.on the all evaluation of the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),the treatment group and the control group the HSS knee score and WOMAC score between the two groups befor and after the end of six months tieatment including pain,stiffness,daily functions and muscle strength.Measuring inverted or malformative angle of knee befor and after treatment,effective evaluation and diagonosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard subjects to treatment the overall evaluation of the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The above two groups of teeament can reduce the KOA pain for sufferers,relieving lower limb force line,raising the life quality of people.the satisfaction of treatment effect for the former is better than the latter.Conclusion: It is advantageous that Jin Gu Tong Ning capsule combined proximal fibular esteotomy treatment of mild or moderate knee osteoarthritis,redusing the knee,pain improving the function of joint,putting off development of disease.The overall combined Chinese and western medicine effect for KOA is better than using singled proximal fibular esteotomy to cure,as well as,there was not poor that we founded.so,the project that combined Chinese and western medicine is brilliant in effect on knee osteoarthritis. |
