Objective: this topic through the observation of rhizoma drynariae total flavonoids in New Zealand white rabbit serum triglyceride,total cholesterol hormone osteonecrosis and the average diameter of each animal fat cells,the influence of trabecular bone area,the study of rhizoma drynariae flavonoids treatment effect and mechanism of hormone osteonecrosis.Methods: the experiment USES the New Zealand white rabbit 30 to tip the male?female?as the research object,establish a model of the hormone osteonecrosis,and in the building after a successful first day blank model group was given saline.6ml,1kg-to fill the stomach,the experimental group according to the 35 mg,1kg-give rhizoma drynariae flavonoids solution(6g,L-1).Eight weeks after lavage,testing each animal the change of serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,anatomy of the femoral head and average diameter calculationunder this fat cells,bone trabecular area,and then compared between groups.Results: the determination of serum triglyceride,total cholesterol:blank group compared with model group serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,differences were significant statistical significance?P<0.05?,suggesting that after large doses of the hormone application model of rabbit serum triglyceride significantly increases,the total cholesterol increased significantly.Experimental group compared with model group serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,differences were significant difference?P<0.05?,the experimental group compared with the blank group,there was no statistically significant difference?P<0.05?suggesting with rhizoma drynariae flavonoids after the intervention,basic can reduce the level of serum triglyceride,total cholesterol to normal levels.Fat cells average diameter measurement:model group compared with the blank group,the experimental group,adiposecell average diameter are increased,the difference were significant statistical significance?P<0.05?;The experimental group compared with blank group,no obvious change in the average diameter of fat cells,there was no statistically significant difference?P>0.05?.Trabecular bone area of model group compared with blank group,the experimental group,model group significantly reduce the trabecular bone area,differences between groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?;The experimental group and the blank group,two groups of cells in the bone trabecular area has no obvious change,there wainduced avas no statistically significant difference between groups?P<0.05?.Conclusion:rhizoma drynariae flavonoids can regulate the content of serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,improve the average diameter of fat cells,improving fat metabolism disorder,promote accumulation of fat metabolism;Can stimulat e the production of trabecular bone and ultimately achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of glucocorticoid induced avascular necrosis,providing the oretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease.
