Objective:Successful cold asthma mice model is set up; Xiaoqin-glongtang on TSLP at information transmission loop (TNF-α-NF-KB-TSLP-Th2-TNF-α), the influence of the found targets of Xiaoqinglon-gtang; To test whether Xiaoqinglongtang and the mechanism of action of glucocorticoid to TSLP at the same, combined with the use of mo-lecular biology, pathology, the Xiaoqinglongtang curative effect mecha-nism of cold sex asthma model in mice, whether done by the control factor of arrives, and looking for targets, provide theoretical basis fo-r Xiaoqinglongtang treatment of asthma.Methods:Female white variant laboratory mice 50, SPF, weight 20 to 22g, r at ages 6 to 8 weeks. Randomly divided into 5 groups:b-lank group (group A), model control group (group B), Xiaoqinglongta-ng group (group C), dexamethason e group (group D), Xiaoqinglongtang + dexamethasone group (group E),10 in ea ch group.
