| Organizational citizenship behavior refers to the behavior that the formal compensation system has not been clear or confirm directly, but beneficial to the organization performance.In recent years, Chinese scholars have begun to pay more attention it.They have researched how to use organizational citizenship behavior to strengthen the competitiveness of organizations. However, there are not enough studies on the medical personnel. This paper studies the organizational citizenship behavior of Chinese medical personnel,in order to improve the management and service of hospitals.This paper studies how job satisfaction and engagement influence on organizational citizenship behavior of medical personnel. Through the investigation and statistical analysis,the paper found the conclusions:The job satisfaction of medical staff has a positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior, improve their job satisfaction is helpful to inspire the organizational citizenship behavior.At the same time, improve engagement also have a positive positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, medical staff’s engagement is the regulating variables of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior,improve the job satisfaction of medical workers can effectively improve the degree of engagement, and thus promote their organization citizenship behavior. |
