| Objects:The research takes 8 to 14 years old students as the object of the study which makes preliminary discussion on TCM Syndrome Distribution of obesity in children and adolescents with hypertension and its relationship with the relevant factors and provides prevention, diagnosis and therapy as a guide. Methods:On the basis of extensive literature review and combined with clinical experts, designing "Survey" and "children and adolescents obesity complicated with hypertension syndrome differentiation type standards", which is adopted by the epidemiological study method to collect 306 cases of young patients with the simple obesity disease information, selecting 69 cases of obesity complicated with hypertension and use the SPSS17.0 software for frequency analysis and cluster analysis,to obtain the distribution of age, gender, and the relationship between the TCM syndrome types and the related factors. Results:The total cases of children and adolescents obesity disease complicated with hypertension is 69 and in obesity incidence the rate is 22.55%. There are 54 boys(78.3%),15 girls(21.7%),and the ratio of boy and girl is 3.6:1.The onset age is focused on 10 to 13 years old.It contains 18 cases(26.09%) in 10 years old, following by 13 years old(16 cases,23.19%),12 years old(15 cases,21.74%),11 years old(12 cases,17.0%),14 years old(4 cases,5.8%),9 years old(3 cases,4.35%),8 years old(1 case,1.45%).The distribution of TCM syndrome type is stomach heat and dampness retention syndrome in 43 cases(62.3%),spleen dampness syndrome in 13 cases(18.8%),liver qi stagnation syndrome in 9 cases(13.0%),spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in 4 cases(5.8%).Four syndromes and related factors can be analysed that between the syndromes there are no significant difference(P>0.05) in gender, rank of blood pressure and BMI and there are statistically significant difference(P<0.05) in age, diet behavior, exercise time and sleep habits. Conclusion:The most common type is the stomach heat and dampness retention syndrome in children and adolescents obesity complicated with hypertension and in the single factor analysis the age, diet behavior, exercise time and sleep habits of TCM syndrome type distribution has certain influence. |
