Objective: To analyze the correlation factors of lower extremity DVT during perioperation of hip fracture in elderly patients.Identify high-risk groups, reduce the risk of perioperative patients with DVT.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 295 cases of elderly hip fracture surgery patients, divided into DVT group and non DVT group. On two groups of patients with age, sex, type of fracture, fracture, surgery, internal medicine diseases(hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease) and modified Taohong Siwu Decoction by multivariate logistic regression analysis to study the independent influencing factors of lower extremity DVT during perioperation of hip fracture in elderly patients. Results: Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the fracture type, medical diseases and modified Taohong Siwu Decoction is independent impact factors of lower extremity DVT during perioperation of hip fracture in elderly patients. Conclusion: Patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur and medical disorders are more easily Suffering from DVT. Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction can effectively reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, the method is simple, effective, suitable for clinical application.
