Objective:Analysis the early clinical curative effect of posterior cruciate-retaining prosthesis and posterior cruciate-stabilizing prosthesis applied in total knee arthroplasty. Methods:Take the choice of sixty patients who has an unilateral surgery of total knee arthroplasty in total knee arthroplasty of shandong hospital of TCM from september 2013 to december 2014. Fristly,we should collect and analysis the clinical data, then regular follow-up and record the knee ROM 0r HSS score, at last, we can use the software of SPSS 17.0 to analysis statistics. Results: Sixty patients have been followed up, CR group with an average of 107.8 °regarded to knee ROM, PS group with an average of 108.5 °. There was no statistically significant difference comparing the two groups(P> 0.05); CR group with an average of 93.5 points regarded to HSS score, PS group with an average of 92.6 points regarded to HSS score. There was no stati- stically significant difference comparing the two groups as well(P> 0.05); They all has no thromboembolism,no intraoperative and postoperative damages of blood or vessels. The early complications, such as near infection, prosthesis lossen or dislocation, prosthesis peripheral fracture and joint clicking hasn’t been happened. Postoperative knee function are improved grately. Conclusion:There is no obvious difference between posterior ruciate-retaining prosthesis and posterior cruciate-stabilizing prosthesisthe in early clinical effect, they all achieved good therapeutic effect and won the recognition of patients. At this stage, due to the sample less and short follow-up time, it is not enough to evaluate the long-term clinical curative effect.
