Clinical Study Of Nourishing Yin And Tonifying The Kidney On Nephrotic Syndrome Patients With Glucocorticoid Induced Osteoporosis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney method for preventing and treating nephrotic syndrome patients with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis(GIOP),and to investigate Zuogui Wan in the prevention and treatment of the disease mechanism.Methods:A prospective randomized controlled study, patients would meet the inclusion criteria GIOP 64 cases of nephrotic syndrome, in accordance with the random number list was divided into treatment group and control group. the group number of cases were 32 cases, Both in accordance were given the basic treatment of Western medicine treatment, the control group added calcium carbonate D3(1 times 1 tablets, 1 days, 2 times, after meal chewing), the treatment group added calcium carbonate D3 and Zuogui Wan(a 200 ml, two times a day), the course of treatment was 6 months.They were observed in each group of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and detected the serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, parathyroid hormone, bone density changes. At the end of the study,observe the changes of clinical symptoms and various statistical indicators were analyzed and compared before and after treatment.Results:There were 32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group, 60 patients were observed for 6 months. The difference between the treatment group and the control group in the basic information of the patients was not statistically significant;After treatment, the total effective rate(93.3%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.3%), with statistical significance(P<0.05);By comparing two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment in serum calcium, parathyroid hormone, bone density and so on,have made better.The patients in the two groups had an improvement in the calcium, parathyroid hormone, bone mineral density, compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05), compared two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group for calcium, parathyroid hormone, bone mineral density improved performance was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment in the two groups of patients with symptoms and signs of TCM, the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zuogui Wan combined with basic treatment scheme can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with nephrotic syndrome GIOP, at the same time for the improvement of the serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, parathyroid hormone, bone mineral density have obvious effect.Therefore, a positive impact on the prognosis of patients with nephrotic syndrome GIOP.
