Study On Construction Of Evidence-based Pathogenesis And Treatment System Of Stable Angina

Objective: To build stable angina pathogenesis treatment system with the method of systematic evaluation, and provide scientific evidence for clinical effect.Methods:(1)Choose the clinical research in the treatment of stable angina by Chinese traditional medicine from the famous domestic database,such as CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and then,use the method of Meta-analysis to evaluate the effect and safety.(2)Choose some good therapies and prescriptions in treatment of stable angina with the standard of effect,safety and stable statistical results.Results: There are 28704 relative clinical studies,and finally we choose 402 qualified studies. We evaluate the studies with the way of Jadad scores.We find that 60 studies are scored ≥ 3 points,and the rest< 3 points. The studies contain 155 prescriptions,such as decoctions 、 pills 、 powders 、 injections and reflect 12 therapies,involving the way of supplementing qi and nourishing yin,activating blood and resolving stasis, benefiting qi for activating blood circulation.Conclusions:(1)False pathogenesis-treatment system: deficiency of qi-syndrome of deficiency of qi-way of supplementing qi-Huangqi injection;deficiency of qi and yin-deficiency of qi and yin syndrome-way of supplementing qi and nourishing yin-Shenmai injection;(2)Solid pathogenesis-treatment system:heart blood stasis-syndrome of heart blood stasis-way of activating blood and resolving stasis-Puerarin injection,Yindanxinnaotong capsules,Danshenchuanxiongqin injection,Xuefuzhuyu decoction,Xingding injection,Xinkeshu pills,Shuxuetong injection,safflor yellow injection,Compound Danshen dripping pills, Xuesaitong capsules;(3)Pathogenesis of intermingled false and solid-treatment system:deficiency of qi and yin,and stagnation of blood stasis-syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin,stagnation of blood stasis-way of supplementing qi and nourishing yin,activating blood and resolving stasis-Wenxin Keli;deficiency of qi and phlegm-stasis in channels-syndrome of deficiency of qi and phlegm-stasis in channels-way of TCM Aromatic Resuscitation,benefiting qi, activating blood and resolving stasis-Shexiang Baoxin pills;deficiency of qi and blood stasis- syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood stasis-way of benefiting qi,activating blood and resolving stasis-Buyanghuanwu decoction and Tongxinluo capsules.
