Study On Problem Of Drug Administration Existed In Primary Medical Institutions

When it comes to drug, it can treat disease but also pathopoiesis. It’s a special product relates to the lives of people and their health. Strict quality system should be applied in the process of indication, production, and usage; Medical and health institutions as drug distribution terminal part of its safety management is an important part of Pharmacy.In recent years, with the implementation of relevant laws of pharmacy regulation and revolution of supervision system, China’s pharmaceutical management level has been greatly improved. However, because of the start of drug safety management is stared late, the imbalance of different region’s development, there are plenty of problems in the current drug safety supervision and the situation of drug safety is not optimistic.This study is focused on the drug safety management in the primary-level medical and health care institutions by literature research to investigate the information of foreign medical institutions and different laws in the work of drug safety. On the basis of these, field research is conducted in Jinan, and two cities in Jining, Shandong Province. In order to learn the statuses of primary health care institutions, interviews are conducted with relevant staff. According to the research results, we analysis the status and problems of primary health care institutions, point out the causes of these problems and propose solutions and advices finally. Owing to that, the safety and effectiveness of drug use are insured for people.
