Meta Analysis Of The Treatment Of Hypertension By SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule Based On The Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective: Based on the existing literature and assess SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule in the treatment of high blood pressure levels of evidence and the strength of treatment effect, and provide evidence for developing guidance. Methods: according to evidence based medicine system evaluation and development of literature selection criteria, two reviewers independently computer retrieval Cochrane Central Register of controlled trial(Cochrane Central Register of controlled trials, issue 42016), Ovid MEDLINE(1981~2016.1), EMBASE database 1981~2016.1, Chinese biomedical literature database(CBMdisc1981~2016.1) in Chinese periodical full text database(CNKI, 1981~2016.1), Kang capsule loose age and blood of included in Chinese science and technology periodical full text database(VIP, 1989~2016.1) high blood pressure therapy clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs) and screening qualified research literature, we risk of bias in the literature included according to the Cochrane reviewers Handbook 5.01[1] evaluation; the Cochrane Collaboration Revman5.3 software on the relevant data of heterogeneity test, meta analysis. Results:(1)Total retrieval to clinically relevant control 306 test papers, and ultimately into the qualified 9 papers[10-18].(2)SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule intervention in the treatment group, combined with the effect of Chinese medicine versus Western medicine group the curative effect of Curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome in value RR[95%CI] 1.57[1.04,2.35], P=0.03<0.05; with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine versus Western medicine group, the clinical efficacy of combined effect value RR[95%CI] 1.11[1.03,1.21] and adverse reaction incidence and SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule in the treatment of experimental group and compared to a control group of drugs and adverse reactions occur rate is low in P=0.007<0.05.(3)In theincidence of adverse reactions, the treatment group compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion:(1)SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule for the treatment of hypertension has better clinical curative effect, effectively improve symptoms in patients with hyperactivity of liver yang. Clinical evidence from the current analysis, SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule is safe in clinical application of higher.(2)Because there is sufficient evidence to support its efficacy, recommended intensity is recommended for use.(3)The evidence from different types of research, and the effect of the study is consistent, the level of evidence for the Ia level.
