The Clinical Study Of The Decoction Bushen Tiaojing On Curing Irregular Menstrual Cycle Of Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the decoction of Bushen Tiaojing on irregular menstruation diagnosed kidney deficiency type. The purpose of this study is to establish effective method for the treatment of irregular menstruation and to explore its action mechanism, proving theoretical basis for clinical.Methods: We collected 60 patients who has irregular menstruation with kidney deficiency type and put them into two groups: The treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). The therapeutic effect, the clinical symptoms and vital signs,the improvement of TCM syndrome, FSH 、 LH 、E2、BBT and endometrial thickness was observed and compared for both groups before and after treatment.Results: 1.In the comprehensive therapeutic effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33% and the control group is 66.67%. The contrast difference here has statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). The treatment group is superior to the control group in the comprehensive therapeutic effect. 2. In the improvement of TCM symptoms aspect, the treatment group has 96.67% of total effective rate, while the control group has 73.33% after treating. The contrast difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05). 3.In the symptom integral of TCM aspect: The symptom integral of both groups has been decreased after treatment(P<0.05)and the difference also has statistical significance between both groups( P<0.05). 4.Single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: The contrast difference here has statistical significance for both groups before and after treatment(p <0.05).5.Auxiliary examination and BBT: The value of FSH and LH of the treatment group has been decreased after treatment and endometrial thickness 、 BBT also has statistical significance between both groups after treatmenting(P<0.05).Conclusion: By applying Bushen Tiaojing Decoction on curing irregular menstruation after conservative treatment on heterotopic pregnancy, it can improve the clinic symptoms and vital signs effectively, improve FSH, LH, BBT and the endometrial thickness. The mechanism of action of it may be adjusting the gonad axis of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary. It is safe and reliable. There has a satisfactory effect.
