| Objective: To explore the TCM differential treatment regulation of diabetic pruritus, in order to provide the basis for the clinical treatment and clinical research.Methods: The research literature collected from Chinese journal full-text database(1995-2015),analysis has been carried out deeply, focus on the medicine that had been used, especially the internal therapy. Database was established with Excel software, the medicine serves as the variable, the medicine found in prescriptions was valued as 1,the medicine absence in prescriptions was valued as 0. Frequency analysis was appllied to find the commonly used medicines and medicine category, clustering analyses was appllied to find the prescription their components with close interrelationship, both data mining methods were been used to explore the regulations of Chinese herbs usage. The frequency was 223 times and 219 times respectively.Results: 65 papers and 76 prescriptions were selected out from the periodical database according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria, there are total 120 kinds of Chinese herbs. The total frequency was 850 times. There are 13 kinds medicine that common used, the frequency was 393 times,accounting for 46.23% of the all used medicines, their frequency was above 20 times. In drug treatment of diabetic skin pruritus, drug analysis showed heat-clearing drugs and tonic drugs using the highest frequency. The most significant medicine property is cold. The three kinds of herbal taste of sweet, bitter and Xin, are most commonly used. Classified by the frequency showed in it, the top five internal organs are the liver, the spleen, the kidney,the heart and the lung. Conclusions: Deficient and excess mixed are the main rensons of Pruritus diabetes. Deficient mainly includ Blood deficiency, Qi and yin deficiency,excess mainly includ Pathogenic wind, pathogenic heat and blood stasis. The main way of using medicine are Supplementation and attack. |
