To Contend For A New System Of Traditional Chinese Medicine With Psoriasis Vulgaris With Comparative Study On The Effect Of Classic System

Objective:Based on the new card management system and cure system of curative effects of justification of classic large sample observation, summed up the more objective and more effective psoriasis treatment system, improve the level of the syndrome differentiation and treatment with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:This project adopts the forward-looking, large sample, randomized parallel controlled clinical trial design, large sample observation card management system and new classic evidence system of curative effects. Cases in 300 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, all information from November 2014 to December 2015, our department outpatient service, randomly divided into a new system of syndrome differentiation treatment group and the classic system of the control group. New system of the treatment group with 2,4,6,8 weeks when efficiency is 16.67%,42.36%,72.22% and 42.36% respectively; Classic system treatment group with 2,4,6,8 weeks when efficiency is 2.08%,4.86%,15.28% and 4.86% respectively; Two groups of curative effect by the chi-square test results of 2,4,6,8 weeks P values are all P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, and combined with the new time node system efficient treatment group were higher than that of classical system treatment group efficiently, so the new system treatment group curative effect of treatment group curative effect is superior to the classic system.Conclusions:Clinical trials show that the new card system cure curative effect is superior to the classic evidence system.
