Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Regularity Of Sijunzi Decoction

Objective: Sijunzi Decoction of traditional medicine in the treatment of the spleen and stomach deficiency of prescriptions,the decoction has a long history,and widely used in clinical treatment,and gradually evolved into many variations decoction,class decoction.Motherland traditional Chinese medicine theory says that: existing clinical diagnosis and treatment methods and theories,which are the ultimate goal to explore the association between the decoction and the certificate,so prescription corresponding to syndrome method of TCM theory is the tip of the pyramid.With social progress and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,to regulate traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical application of the principle of prescription,which can scientifically and objectively reflect the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine prescription norms in line with modern standards of clinical applications,clinical practice and theoretical research phase needs joint.This study was designed in recent years the application Sijunzi Decoction in clinical finishing medical records,according to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment point of view,summed up the theory of law Sijunzi Decoction applied,so as to clinical use Sijunzi Decoction to provide a reference.Methods: This study was the study of modern clinical experience.Using literature research methods to collect and organize since nearly forty years published in the medical record report on the CNKI on Sijunzi Decoction clinical treatment of various diseases.According to medical records,all documents are classified according to the clinical professional departments.And according to disease name,general information(gender,age,etiology,duration)name of disease,the dialectical type,clinical symptoms,tongue,pulse,Sijunzi Decoction composition doses of the drug,and the drug modified dose frequency statistics analysis.After statistical analysis,the main performance of the above factors are obtained.And using the method of statistical correlation model,the main syndrome of four gentleman decoction was analyzed.Through the above methods,the general significance of the clinical application of the Sijunzi Decoction is discussed,and the rule of syndrome and treatment of Sijunzi Decoction is summarized.Results: In this study,the male and female ratio of Sijunzi Decoction was about 1.25:1,and the proportion was small,and the proportion of male and female was not special in Sijunzi Decoction.Sijunzi Decoction indications of the patient population age stage for the youth.This study Sijunzi Decoction attending the course of disease in patients with multiple 1a-3a,secondly for 2m-6m,surface Sijunzi Decoction for chronic,persistent disease.In the study of the Sijunzi Decoction,the causes of the disease are mostly body deficiency,tiredness and diet.Sijunzi Decoction core symptoms,Shenpi fatigue,anorexia,loose stools,abdominal distension,sallow complexion,lusterless complexion,thin body.Reference to the symptoms: swollen limbs,vomiting,less gas lazy speech,shortness of breath,dizziness,dry mouth,nausea,abdominal pain,chest expansion and stuffy.Pale tongue,thin white tongue fur.Thin weak pulse.Modified drugs in this study are mainly the Sijunzi Decoction tonic medicine and herbs.In this study,the clinical application of Sijunzi Decoction is very wide,involving 37 kinds of diseases,10 families,the most distributed in order for the digestive system diseases,urinary system diseases,respiratory diseases.Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the clinical use of the Sijunzi Decoction was significantly expanded.The party in the clinical treatment of diseases of various professional departments,all can gain good results.The results show that the basic use of the Sijunzi Decoction is consistent with the previous study.In this paper,through the collection of clinical symptoms,tongue pulse,supplemented by statistical analysis,more proof of the Sijunzi Decoction of the basic meaning.This study provides a new understanding of the clinical practice of Sijunzi Decoction in the future,and provides a more direct basis for the future clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a certain theoretical support.
