The Impacts Towards Myocardial Tissue And Collagen Type Ⅰ,Ⅲ Of Diabetic Rats Treated With Methods Of Jiedu Tongluo

Objective:diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is one of diabetes mellitus(DM,DM)of microangiopathy,greater harm,it can cause heart failure,arrhythmia,cardiac shock,even death,DCM is one of the mainreasons of death in patients with diabetes,and its incidence rate increased year by year.Modern medicine in the Symptomatic treatment of the disease to take control of blood sugar,blood fat,blood pressure,Improve cycle and other methods,still can not effectively control the occurrence and development of the disease.Chinese medicine in the treatment of DCM has a wealth of experience and achieved good therapeutic effect.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the method of removing toxin and dredging collaterals on the myocardial tissue of type 2 diabetic rats,and to analyze the relative content of collagen type I and type III collagen,and to compare the positive expression rate of the group.To confirm the protective effect of the method of removing toxin and dredging collaterals on DCM.Methods:60 SD male rats,randomly selected 10 for thenormal group,the remaining 50 rats with STZ intraperitoneal injections make model for DM,will make successful model of 50 diabetic rats are randomly divided into 4 groups: for DM model group(n=10),temple potassium chloride sand positive control group 10 rats,Jiedu Tongluo Capsule low dose group(n=10),middle dose group(n=10)and high dose group(n=10),.Be lavage after 12 weeks,observing the general state and comparing Fasting body weight,fasting blood glucose,blood fat and other indicators of DM rats,then,observing the pathological changes of myocardial tissueunder the light microscopy,using immunohistochemical method in the DM rat myocardial relative expression of type I and III collagen.Result: 1,Jiedu Tongluo capsule can inhibit diabetic rats weight lost,improve the general condition of diabetic rats;2,Jiedu Tongluo capsule can significantly reduce the blood sugar and blood fat levels of diabetic rats(P < 0.01);3,observing each treatment group of myocardial pathological changes under the light microscope,were improved compared with the model group,but the high dose group of the Jiedu Tongluo capsule of the most obvious improvement.4,the compare of expression of myocardial tissues of rats in eachgroup of immunohistochemical detection of I and III collagen:myocardial I and III collagen of content of the normal group rats is the lowest,myocardial I and III collagen of content of the modelgroup rats of the average gray values were higher than those in the control group and the treatment group,Jiedu Tongluocapsule can reduce the DM rat myocardial expression of type I and III collagen.Conclusion: Jiedu Tongluo capsule can inhibit the expression of collagen type I and III in the myocardial tissue of DM rats,thus plays the role of myocardial protection;It can effectively delay the development of diabetic rats heart disease of STZ induced,slow down the process of the myocardial fibrosis,improve the rat general situation,reduce weight,improve blood sugar and lipid levels.
