Objecttive: Study of patients with migraine feng huo syndrome of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI), explore brain function in patients with migraine of feng huo syndrome, structure foundation.Methods: In shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine college students recruited in 23 patients with migraine wind temperature and 25 of the age, gender and level of education matched healthy volunteers, to 3.0 T mri brain scans, obtain the subjects DTI(diffusion tensor imaging) image, by PANDA mri image processing software, TBSS analysis and fiber tracking and observation of patients and healthy volunteers and structural differences in brain functionResults: The panda of TBSs analysis, the analysis of the output results in MATLAB show wind furnace migraine patients brain area FA values compared to healthy controls in five regions of the brain revealed decreased(P < 0.05), respectively in the right cerebellum, right temporal lobe, right occipital lobe, corpus callosum, right cingulate gyrus. There was no significant difference in AD value between migraine group and healthy control group, and no significant difference was not statistically significant between P and 0.05.Conclusions: The furnace wind migraine group compared to healthy control group, brain FA values decreased, indicate that the microstructure of the brain areas are changing and change brain function area and migraine symptoms corresponding.
