Clinical Research On The Intractable Facial Paralysis With Acupunctureand Point Injection

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with intractable facial paralysis facial point injection therapy, to find a new way of intractable facial paralysis facial Point Injection.Method:In this study, 60 patients met all inclusion criteria intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, with facial acupuncture point injection group(treatment group) and conventional acupuncture group(control group) were observed before and after treatment in the clinical changes in symptoms, as well as compare the efficacy after 6 cycles.Result:There were significant differences(P<0.05) between the two groups behind neurological treatment group,the treatment group is better than the control group. Comparison between the two groups after treatment were grading the degree of facial paralysis group significant difference(P<0.05), where the risk of side muscle strength, nasolabial fold, cheek drum and showing the teeth of the four symptom scores showed a significant difference( P<0.01). The overall efficacy of the two groups, although there is no comparison significant difference(P>0.05), but the cure rate of the treatment group, markedly effective rate and total effective rate higher.Conclusion:Acupuncture and Point Injection Treatment of Intractable Facial Paralysis effect is remarkable,can improve patients’ facial nerve function, to achieve the purpose of cure, it is worthy of wider application.
