| Objective The aim to anaysis Yanan Uiversity hospital maintenance hemodialysis patients' blood calcium,phosphorus,intact parathyroid hormone and blood hemoglobin,bl ood pressure control rate and related factors,including gender,age,age of dialysis,plasma albumin,triglyceride,cholesterol and so on.Through the above date to clinical physicians understanding the dialysis center maintenance hemodialysis patients' blood calcium,phosphorus,intact,parathyroid hormone and blood hemoglobin blood pressure control rate and related factors,to improve its importance,to substandard patients early dection indicators for clinical intervention,rectify blood calcium,phosphorus,intact parathyroid hormone,blood hemoglobin and blood pressure levels,prevent the resulting renal bone disease and the occurrence of cardiovascular disease caused by vascular calcification,improve the quality of survival,extend the life of hemodialysis patients.Method Colllect and record the 100 hemodialysis patients before hemodialysis,1 to 8 years all the medical records biochemical indexes,ect.Investigating in all patients,help patients fill out questionnaires,guarantee the real data to be complete.Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical data analysis.According to data type to t test for the comparison of two independent sample rate,multiple sample rates compare with X2 test to determine the significant ifferences,all inspection standards are set to P<0.05,P<0.05 statistically significant.Using multiple linear regression to a linear dependence relation between dependent variable and multiple independent variables analysis,all inspection standards are set to P < 0.05,P < 0.05 statistically significant.The use of Logistic regression analysis for binary classification response variables and relationships between multiple factors analysis,all inspection atandards are set to P<0.05,P<0.05 statistically significant.Result(1)The average age of 49.98±13.4 hemodialysis patients,men accounted for 68%,women accounted for 32%,the average age of hemodialysis 2.3±2.1.Hemodialysis in patients with primary glomerular disease,a total of 41(41%) cases of first,the second is a total of 29(29%) cases of diabetic nephropathy, the third is a total of 14(14%) cases of hypertensive nephropathy,a total of 16(16%) other cases. before hemodialysis,the blood pressure in hemodialysis patients with success rate of 43%,after hemodialysis blood pressure in hemodialysis patients with success rate of 92%.(2)A total of 35 cases of hemolobin standard group,the sex ratio is 73.5:23.5, a total of 65 cases of hemolobin no standard group,the sx ratio is 64.5:35.5;two groups of serum albumin,serum iron,transferrin saturation level have significant difference;two groups of age, calcium,phorus, intact parathyroid hormone levels have no significant difference.age,folic acid,vitamin B12,and there is no significant differenes in heoglobin;chalybeate,levocarnitine, TSTA?20%,hemopoietin,and there is significant di fferences in heoglobin.(3)Wth the increase of hemodialysis age, lower calcium,phorus, intact parathyroid hormone success rate;the mean value of calcium,phorus, intact parathyroid hormone increased;hemoglobin,transferrin saturation success rate increased, hemoglobin, the mean value of transferrin saturation increased.Blood calcium success rate is higher than DOPPS4,blood phorus success rate is lower than DOPPS4, intact parathyroid hormone success rate is higher than DOPPS4.(4)Age greater than equal to 60 years old,a total of 31 cases, age less than equal to 60 years old,a total of 69 cases,there is no obvious difference between hemoglobin,serunm albumin,calcium,phorus,intact parathyroid hormone levels.(5)Hemodialysis frequency 2 times a week,a total of 27 people, Hemodialysis frequency 3 times a week,a total of 73 people,there is no obvious difference between hemoglobin,serunm albumin,calcium,phorus,intact parathyroid hormone levels.(6)Hemodialysis patients with intact parathyroid hormone levels and serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,phosphorus negatively correlated; intact parathyroid hormone levels and age,hemoglobin,calcium,ability to have enough money for blood dialysis treatment negatively correlated; intact parathyroid hormon leveland gender, triglyceridecholesterol,low-densitylipoproteincholesterol,high-densitlipoproteincholester ol,albumin,inotransferase and alanine minotranseferase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,in direct bilirubin,serum iron,total iron binding force,transferrin saturation no correlated.Conclusion(1)The number of male patiens with hemodialysis centers is greater than the women,before hemodialysis,the blood pressure in hemodialysis patients with success rate of 43%,after hemodialysis blood pressure in hemodialysis patients with success rate of 92%.primary glomerular disease accounted for the first place,diabetic nephropathy accounts for the second,hypertensive nephropathy accounts for the third.With the improvement of people's living standard,we should to may cause kidney damage disease such as diaetes,high blood pressure,early diagnosis,early treatment.(2)The hemodialysis centers patients with hemoglobin success tate increased as the dialysis age,and with chalybeaet,levocarnitine,hemopaietin have statistical correlation,found that patients with anemia,we should timely supplement that drugs,timely review,adjust the treatment plan,monitor patients taking drugs.(3) The hemodialysis centers patients' blood calcium,phosphorus,intact parathyroid hormone level control is not ideal,our medical staff,patients themselves and their families should give high cognitive,estabilish reasonable hemodialysis,to improve hemodialysis adequacy and rationality,patients themselves and their families to cope with our reasonable diet,medication on time. |
