Recently, the investigation of ultra-weak chemiluminescence?CL? between hydrogen peroxide?H2O2? and some inorganic salts has attracted much attentions from a large number of researchers due to their relatively cheap and green reagents and mild reaction conditions. However CL intensity of these systems is weak and have not been applied widely. In this work, we developed new carbon nitride based CL system.Moreover, the enhanced CL system had been applied to the analysis and detection of real samples with satisfactory results. The contents were summarized as follows:Chapter 1 The main principles of CL, the investigation and application of ultra-week CL systems, as well as the application of nanomaterials on CL systems were reviewed.Chapter 2 In this work, water-soluble C3N4 QDs were synthesized in aqueous solution. C3N4 was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy?XPS?,transmission electron microscopy?TEM?, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrometry?UV-vis? and fluorescence spectroscopy?FS?.Chapter 3 C3N4 enhanced the CL from NaHSO3-H2O2 aqueous system. The CL mechanism was investigated by CL spectra, fluorescence spectra, UV spectra. The effects of radical scavengers on CL intensity have been studied. Ascorbic acid could inhibit the intensity of C3N4-NaHSO3-H2O2 CL and the quenching effect was dependent on the concentration of ascorbic acid. Based on this phenomenon, a simple and rapid flow-injection CL method was proposed for the determination ascorbic acid injections and ascorbic acid tablets.Chapter 4 C3N4 has enhancement effect on NaIO4-H2O2 ultra-weak CL system.We elucidated the CL enhancement mechanism of C3N4 on the NaIO4-H2O2 aqueoussystem based on the fluorescence spectra, CL spectra, UV spectra and the effects of radical scavengers on CL intensity. It was further noticed that the addition of reduced glutathione could inhibit the intensity of C3N4-NaIO4-H2O2 CL and the quenching rates were dependent on the concentration of reduced glutathione. Based on this phenomenon,a simple and rapid flow-injection CL method was proposed for the determination the injections and tablets of reduced glutathione.
