Objective :To compare the clinical curative effect of the elderly gastric cancer patients with early postoperative enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition. Methods: 60 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer, were randomly divided into early postoperative enteral nutrition group and parenteral nutrition group. Compare the therapeutic effect between the two groups after the treatment completed. Results:Compared with parenteral nutrition group patients, postoperative early enteral nutrition patients with postoperative exhaust time and shorten the time of hospitalization, postoperative complication rate and nutrition related costs reduced, the differences were significant(t=3.762 to 5.365, 2=2.136, P < 0.05). Postoperative early enteral nutrition patients with albumin and prealbumin levels at day 8 after operation was significantly higher than that in intestinal external nutrition group(t=6.302, 6.302, P < 0.05).Conclusion :Early postoperative enteral nutrition has better effect in elderly patients with gastric cancer, and is worthy of popularization and application. |
