Objective To investigate incidence of retinopathy of prematurity and discuss effect factors of ROP. Methods Premature infants with gestional age ?34 weeks or weight ?2000 grams came to Neonatal intensive care unit of Qingdao Maternity and Child Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were all screed.The first screening was made at 4~6 weeks after birth or corrected gestational age 32 weeks. According to the ROP International Diagnostic staging,stage at dianosis,all infant were divided into normal fundus group and ROP group.Gestational age,birth weight were collected.Data of both groups were analyzed with t test of measurement data or?2 test of eneumeration data. Rseult There were eligible 276 cases received sereening with complete data. 159 patients were boys,and 117 patients were girls. Birth weight ranged from 900 to2450 grams,gestational age ranged from 27 to 34 weeks. Among them,there were ROP 31 patients,the incidence rate of ROP was 11.23%.The first phase of ROP had 18 cases and its incidence rate was 6.52%.The second phase of ROP had 5 cases and its incidence rate was 1.81%.The third phase of ROP had 6 cases and its incidence rate was 2.17%.The forth phase of ROP had 1 cases and its incidence rate was 0.36%. 3 cases of ROP received photocoagulation,5 cases received operation therapy. In the single analysis of gestional age,birth weight,apnea,acidosis,NRDS,low blood sugar,anemia,oxygen therapy time,oxygen concentration,mechanical ventilation time, neonatal critical illness score and PS's application were associated with occurrence of ROP(P<0.05).In the Multivarible Logistic Regression analysis,gestiona age, birth weight, RDS, acidosis and mechanical ventilation time were higher risk factors of ROP. Conclustion Gestional age,birth weight,apnea,acidosis,NRDS,low blood sugar,anemia,oxygen therapy time,oxygen concentration,mechanical ventilation time, neonatal critical illness score and PS's application were statistic significant with ROP association. Less than 30 weeks premature children and children weith RDS?acidosis were risk group for the occurrence of ROP.
