| Objective To study the effect of personalized nutritional support for nourishment state and quality of life in advanced gastric cancer patients.Methods we select 31 cases advanced gastric cancer patients as the research objects, which were we conducted nutritional condition assessment for the two groups,and give the 18 cases nutritional support,and adjust their nutrition support schemes according to their nutrition conditions,the other 13 cases were treated with no nutritional support as the control group,we compared the changes of nutritional status before and after nutritional support and quality after 8 months of the 2 groups.Results we compared the blood indexes and quality of life(assessmented by KPS and EORTC QLQ-C30) between the two groups 8 months later; The blood compositions of red blood cell?neutrophilic granulocyte?hemoglobin?prealbumin between the two groups has not significant difference(P>0.05),but the albumin?blood platelet?BMI of patients in nutritional group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the difference of the mean survival time of the two groups is 3month,Compared their survival time,the control group have a shorter time than the group given personalized nutrition therapy, the difference are meaningful;and the KPS and functional scores of EORTC QLQ C30 of nutritional group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Nutritional support can effectively improve the nutritional status of advanced gastric cancer,and compared with cases that donot give nutritional support,it has better effect in improving nutrition index and quality of life?length of life in advanced gastric patients,it is worthy of applied in advanced gastric cancer patients. |
