Objectives Analysis of comparative HTO combined with ACL reconstruction combined surgery and pure HTO and pure ACLR for the treatment of knee varus osteoarthritis of the combined anterior cruciate ligament injury in the clinical efficacy. Methods Collected during the period January 2015 to January 2012, In the SecondHospital of Tangshan joint of HTO in high tibia osteotomy, in the treatment of varus knee osteoarthritis combined with cross ligament injury medical records of patients with a total of 72 cases. The function of the knee joint was basically the same, and it was divided into 3 groups according to the operation method.
