Objective Pure titanium and titanium alloy with excellent mechanical properties and good biocompatibility,can be used as medical materials are widely used in dental restorations and maxillofacial surgery and plastic surgery.But the downside is the difference in biological activity,with the surrounding bone bonding force is low,Titanium surface easily make bacterial adhesion,reproduction,easy to cause the restoration,implant surrounding tissue inflammation,eventually lead to the failure of the plant.To change the above two shortcomings,This research through the surface of pure titanium micro-arc oxidation to improve activity,layer upon layer self-assembly method to improve titanium alloy plant on the surface of the body surface antimicrobial properties and biocompatibility.This team through to the surface of pure titanium micro-arc oxidation and the alkali treatment,self-assembly of chitosan/sodium alginate coating,In new coating can promote new bone formation around the implant,it will not affect implant-bone bone combined with directly.Methods Twenty-four Zealand White Rabbit were used in the experiment,Each rabbit in bilateral mandibular implant 2 implants.According to the implant surface treatment will be divided into A,B,C three groups.Group A: TA2-MAO,group B:TA2-MAO-NAOHCS,group C:TA2-MAO-NAOH-CS-ALG.Draw materials 2,4,6 weeks after operation apart,by CT(cone beam,CBCT),implant bone the tersion test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Histological observation(toluidine blue stain),observe the implant bone healing after implantation.Results CBCT observation: in 2,4,6w,C group is better than A and B groups in the healing of bone defect area.Group B healing situation slightly better in group A.In6 w,Group C have a good bone healing,Implant-bone interface has no obvious shadow region,bone mineral density and bone mineral density as normal.Implant bone torsion output test: in 2w,A,B,C group of torsion disparity is not obvious,in 4w,B and C group was higher than group A,in 6w,C is bigger than the group A and group B.In 6w,SEM can be observed in group C to stimulates bone combination.Histological observation(Toluidine blue staining),6w new bone mass is significantly higher than 2w,there are bone pit.Conclusions After ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation and self-assembly treatment of TA2-MAO-NAOH-CS-ALG composite coating against TA2-MAO-NAOH-CS and TA2-MAO coating,accelerate the formation of new bone tissue,early make implant-bone can more quickly and more efficient,to have a good prospect of biological and clinical feasibility of implant surface coating material.
