Objective:Observation of spinal cord subacute combined degeneration of cervical myelopathy surgical operations, while giving the effect of vitamin B12 treatment. While guiding clinical work. Methods:Our hospital in February 2013--August 2015 merger of the 10 cases of Patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy combined spinal cord subacute combined degeneration,Both posterior cervical surgery, and given intramuscular injection or oral vitamin B12;According to the patient imaging data to assess the stability of the cervical spine, and spinal cord compression in the fixed position before and after their surgery; Preoperative and postoperative spinal cord function score sheet(JOA) score line of the cervical spinal cord, and nerve function improvement rate calculation, and calculated the rate of neurological improvement. Compare the preoperative and postoperative numerical changes of SEP and vitamin B12. The preoperative and postoperative JOA scores and vitamin B12 levels change for correlation analysis. Application of life quality evaluation F-36 scale of each dimension of preoperative and postoperative scores change contrast. Results:Patients were followed up, all outpatient follow-up for an average of 15 months(6-26months). Imaging Tip: All 10 patients were no loosening, fracture fixation and related complications; cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the spinal cord within the C3~ C7 range of the signal on MRI T2-weighted images of the continuous recovery; the first 10 cases of patients with preoperative JOA score average: 9.6 ± 2.04, postoperative JOA score was:14.7 ± 2.04, postoperative neurological improvement rate(20~80)%; Vitamin B12 levelbefore operation:78.30±42.82,postoperative:176.50±85.77;Electromyography SEP all recovered;Preoperative and postoperative vitamin B12 levels have correlation with nerve function score;Postoperative mental health, physiological function, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function compared with preoperative improvement. Conclusion:Suggest the clinical CSM should conventional survey whether merger SCD;Cervical spondylotic myelopathy combined spinal cord subacute combined degeneration is feasible surgical treatment;Remove cervical spinal cord compression,Create a space for medical treatment;Improve the surgical curative effect.
