The Staple-line’s Tension Resistance Experiment Research Of Sleeve Stomach Model In Vitro Animal

Purpose To manufacture sleeve gastric model by using stapler and fresh porcine stomach,exploring the influence of tension resistance by different staple-line’s reinforcement.Methord32 fresh vitro porcine stomach randomly divided into four groups and numbered with A、B、C and D.Group A for blank control group and there’s no reinforcement in t heir staple lines.Group B and group C were applied continuous Lembert’s sutures and co ntinuous through-and-through sutures respectively with2-0 silk thread.Group D is reinforce ment with absorbable polymer membrane.Colored liquid was injected to the stomach cavit y by the cardia and a water pressure gauge in pylorus to test the pressure when the st aple-line started to leak blue-dye solution,record the pressure and the leaking part.The sta tistic was analyzed by SPSS13.0.Result The mean pressure of group A、B、C and D when the staple-line leaked was 52.4±13.8KPa、97.8±16.1KPa、79.4±11.9KPa and 73.3±14.9KPa respectively.By the completely random design analysis of variance,P=0.00,according to the α=0.05 level,we can think that the mean pressure of group B higher than that of group C and group D,higher than that of group A,and there is no difference between group B and group C.The frequency of leaking part by multiple independent samples to compare Kruskal Wallis H, χ2=1.55, P=0.46,according to the α=0.05 level,it is suggested that SG model’s staple-line by the different methods for reinforcement,there’s no defference the burst place in the stomach.Conclusion1.It can improve the staple-line’s resistance ability by reinforcement the staple-line in vitro animal sleeve gastric model.The best way to reinforce the staple-line is with Lembert’s sutures.2.The reinforcement methods will not affect the place that the leak occurred.
