The Treatment And Prevention Of Common Tooth Hard Tissue And Endodontic Diseases

Dental caries, endodonfic and periradicular lesions and some complications of root canal therapy are common diseases of dental tissue in clinical. At present, the treatment of these diseases tends to preserve tooth tissue and save the tooth as more as possible, and to combine the treatment and prevention to prevent further occurrence and development of the disease. In this paper, the clinical common dental pulp disease, the corresponding treatment and preventive methods, medical history collection, doctor-patient communication, treatment and operation of the process and the operation of the relevant issues are described. In this article, case one is chronic apical abscess with fistula and a large area of alveolar bone destruction, through the root canal treatment, disappeared fistula after 2 weeks, 3 months after periapical shadow obviously decreased. Case four is early caries treatment and dental caries prevention in caries-active children, using caries infiltration technique joint Duraphat remineralizative therapy, to a certain extent, improved the surface microhardness and reduced the white spot lesions, and prevented dental caries of other teeth by coating Duraphat.
