Objective To explore the clinical effection of flowable composite resin used in esthetic restoration of approximal caries of anterior primary teeth.Methods 102 patients with approximal caries of anterior primary teeth were selected. The patients were divided into experimental group(52cases)and control group(50 cases). The experimental group was restored by flowable composite resin and the control group was restored with composite resin. The restoration rate and side effects of two groups were observed and compared with each other after 12 months.Results There are significant difference between the experimental group and the control group about the restoration rate and the side effects.(P<0.05)Conclusion The clinical effect of flowable composite resin used in restoration of anterior primary teeth is significant.
