With the deepening of the reform and the development of the marketization of medical industry, profound changes have taken place in the content of the hospital services and ideas in the hospital, human resource management is faced with new challenges and new problems. Talent competition is becoming fiercer in this era of competitive economy. The hospital is a knowledge-intensive industry, and talent is the greatest resources for hospital, and core competitiveness is the talent. Employee silence has became an important problem faced by the current hospital and even of each enterprise. Improving the staff's slient behavior, and letting employees to take an active part in management, is a focus of current social problems.Using power distance orientation and silence with employees behavior in Tangshan as the research object, through the designed questionnaire, investigate the Tangshan hospital leaders and employees. By matching the sample investigation the method of giving out a questionnaire to the hospital leaders and their direct reports, and recycled the questionnaire. First of all, on the basis of previous studies, the research literature and research results at home and abroad for the sorting and review, it is found that in this research is not enough in-depth and mature, especially to the hospital's research on this aspect. Again, by designing questionnaire, investigating the hospital leadership and staff,sorts through collected by questionnaire and through SPSS, AMOS, HLM software,analyze data, hierarchical research leadership and employee power distance orientation impact on employee silence behavior. It is found that leadership and employee's power distance orientation has significantly impact on employee silence behavior, and survey some of the demographic variables on employee silence may also be affected. Finally, by the result of data analysis, aiming at the existing problem of employee silence, aimingly put forward the policy suggestions on improving employee silence, make employees can actively participate in the management of the hospital, the forum, and show their wisdom,and devote their power to the long development of the hospital.
