Objective: To classify the bladder dysfunction of spinal cord injury neurogenic bladder for rehabilitation treatment and assess it's curative effection by bladder capacity pressure monitoring. Methods: Choosing 20 patients with neurogenic bladder caused by SCI in Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, Shanghai Luwan Branch Rehabilitation Department during February 2014-February 2015. According to the evaluation by the bladder pressure capacity monitoring, results will be divided into bladder dysfunction in patients with hyperreflexic and areflexic bladder, develop targeted rehabilitation treatment, and in the treatment of a course of treatment(1 months) after the bladder pressure capacity determined again, compared before and after the treatment of bladder capacity bladder pressure maximum residual urine Routine urine leucocyte microscopy etc. As a result, to evaluate bladder function to improve the situation. Results:6 patients in the20 patients with bladder dysfunction were hyperreflexic bladder dysfuction, and the rest were areflexic bladder dysfuction. After 1 month of bladder function training, the hyperreflexic bladder patients, their maximum bladder capacity increased, Maximum bladder pressure reduced and residual urine reduced, numbers were analyzed by the T test analysis, P < 0.05; The areflexic bladder patients, their maximum bladder capacity decreased, maximum bladder pressure increased and residual urine decreased, numbers were analyzed by the T test analysis; And rank-sum test is used to analyze the two groups before and after treatment in patients with bladder dysfunction routine urine microscopic examination of the white blood cells as a result, the urinary tract infection symptoms improved, and the P < 0.05. Conclusion: The bladder pressure capacity monitoring can classifies the type of bladder dysfunction, to guide the rehabilitation treatment, so as to effectively improve the bladder dysfunction and urinary tract infections...
